Voip phone needs mapping to BT voip line

we have the sip details for the BT voip line but we need to configure the settings on the phone to map onto the phone line.

as bt voip dont support third party phones we cannot seem to map the phone to the voip line. this is a small job for someone who is competant with voip technology


These are my sip details, i can provide remote access to allow you to do the job

the phone has registered with details provided by the manufacturer, however the details BT have given dont seem to work, is this because we need to do some work on the router? there are forums online provide information about connecting 3rd party phones to BT's voip service.
