The following proposal outlines how VocalEyes(previously called The Voice) within LocalEyes, can be used to engage any type of member within any type of group/organisation. For example:

* Members within social groups
* Students within schools and colleges
* Staff and customers within businesses and corporations
* Residents within local communities or districts

VocalEyes is focused on engaging group members/residents etc. in innovative democratic, debating and decision making processes. VocalEyes is based on the following themes:

* Interactive Media

Why Might You Use VocalEyes?

* Increase Profits; Almost all businesses are looking to streamline their processes, reduce running costs and attract more business. The Voice can be used to engage you staff and customers in this process, enabling you to identify demand for new and existing products or services, encourage innovative ideas and generally improve communication in all sectors.
* Increase Customer Loyalty; VocalEyes can be used as a customer surgery to obtain feedback and ideas for improvements on products and services. The customers can then be contacted as suggestions are acted upon.
* Engage Members; You might be running a large social group, a Trade Union, WI, U3A, a residents association or a church group and want to engage your members on certain themes within the group.
* Create an Ongoing Conversation as well as Minutes; Most businesses and organisations take notes or minutes in their meetings. Using VocalEyes you can turn this process into an ongoing conversation and invite a wider audience (such as your members, staff, residents etc.) to participate and have their say.

We require all the screens for VocalEyes 2.0 to be mocked up and then fully developed once approved. Full guidance will be given to the approved supplier.
