Dear Candidate
Secretarial support required for my growing medico legal business . I personally provide legal companies with expert witness reports following a face to face consultation with the client for the last 9 years . I currently work with 10 legal companies who instruct me and use 8 clinic venues in the London area to see the clients. As this is now growing I require remote admin support and small amount of business development to help ensure a smooth process for client and medico legal company -
Core responsibilities -
1) Liaise with medico legal agencies and companies when a new instruction is received
2) Arrange convenient appointment for client and clinic
3) Assist in initial drafting of report ( largely clerical input required )
4) Submission of report by email and issuing invoice via xero
5) Weekly update report for me
6) Monthly management of invoices
Key skills -
1) Good command of spoken English
2) Attention to detail and focussed approach
3) High speed internet at place of work ( home office is fine)
4) gmail , excel and google docs - basic level
5) Xero accounting - basic level
Additional beneficial skills -
1) Experience in medical field
2) business development / relationship development
3) fast typing speed
4) Good telephone manner
