I run Response Training Consultants, an ambulance and first aid training company based in Camberley, Surrey. The business is growing fast with new centres coming online in Yorkshire and Sussex. In addition, I also run the UK Regional Office of an international registry for ambulance professionals.
I'm now finding that I could do with some help with some of the administrative aspects of these businesses. Much of the work will be on a per project basis although there will be some regular/on-going duties.
In particular:
Answering telephone calls on our behalf when the office is unmanned (which is often!)
Dealing with enquiries within an agreed framework
Booking students onto our courses and ensuring that all pre-course materials are sent out to participants prior to the courses
Creating mailing lists, mail shot materials and sending them out to prospective clients. Making follow up phone calls and appointments
General administration/secretarial tasks.
There are likely to be other things as things get even more busy so flexibility and a can do attitude are essential!
I'm looking for someone who has a proven track record, is highly organised who is excellent with staff and customers. Whilst not essential, you should be within reasonable travelling distance of Camberley (M3 J4) as there will be occasions when you will need attend our offices. However, a majority of the work can be undertaken on a remote basis with you working from you own premises (preferred).
Training/business familiarisation will be provided.
