We are a online doctor / Online pharmacy site where we help patients get prescription medications and doctors advice online. We require a virtual customer service executive ( Preferably based out of UK ) to help us manage customer queries , phones , emails and feedback. The person will work remotely but virtually connected to our product team in India , Pharmacy and doctors in the UK.
We serve UK customers so we would need someone who has a UK or neutral accent.

Carry out investigation on challenges faced by customers and give appropriate solutions to the challenges
Handle communications with customers through mediums like email, online platform or calls.
Offer resolutions to complaints and issues concerning customer orders
Providing help and advice to customers using your organization’s products or services;
Investigating and solving customers' problems, which may be complex or long-standing problems that have been passed on by customer service assistants;
Handling customer complaints or queries.
Issuing refunds or compensation to customers;
keeping accurate records of discussions or correspondence with customers;
Developing feedback or complaints procedures for customers to use;
Improving customer service procedures, policies and standards for your organization or department;
To ensure that all customer enquiries are satisfactorily managed, resolved and closed within agreed timescales.
To actively promote and manage the process of continuous improvement in Customer
Service standards within Call Enquiries and Order Processing.
Requirements – Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
• A degree in public administration, customer service or its equivalent is an advantage
• Effectiveness and proficiency in written and oral communications
• Excellence and proficiency in time management
• Good listening ability and proficiency in social perceptiveness
• Good logical reasoning ability
• Experience in products retails
Special Aptitudes
• Excellent customer awareness & focus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent planning, organizing and prioritizing skills
• Excellent decision making / problem solving capabilities
• Demands high standards of accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to persuade and influence others
