Hello,
I'm looking for a video editor for potentially quite regular and ongoing work. You would be asked to work from our studio in central London, near Lancaster Gate/Paddington, so ideally you should be based in London or can commute easily.
You should be open to receive feedback and instructions on the editing itself as well as adapt to the way I organise workflow, especially as you might need to take on some already started work, or you might work on certain tasks only of an editing job.
You should have your own laptop and you should be using Adobe creative suite; Premiere Pro a must, After Effects ideally (some Photoshop could be handy too). If you have experience also with videography would be a plus (as I might need an extra assistant for some shootings), but not essential for now.
It’s on hourly basis, but generally I would ask you to come for a full 8-hour day; depending on the circumstances at times I might need a day in a week, other times I might need 2/3 days in a row.
This could potentially turn into a regular position, of course if that’s of interest to you.
Please get in touch if this interests you, and if you have the availability and flexibility for a similar arrangement to start with.
I’d like to see your work.
Cheers,
Gennaro

Just to clarify the sort of fee's that anyone with this skillset should be charging, please follow this link to BECTU's information, Although i appreciate that everyone has budgets PPH needs to be more transparent on the type of fee's that are just unacceptable for the types of jobs advertised.. https://www.bectu.org.uk/advice-resources/rates/editors
