I am looking for someone to create a VBA - Excel Macros for an excel sheet. I am receiving excel sheets every day with a lot of data but I need only 3 columns from that sheet. One for the first name with capital first letter, second column for email address and third column solicitation number. I am sending these emails on daily basis and I want to enforce below conditions for any spreadsheets I receive:
1- Preliminary spreadsheets come with first and family names in one column and this needs to be fixed with only first name with capital first letter only (some are all caps) and delete the family name
2- Repeated emails should be taken out
3- I have multiple lists per day but I don’t want to have a repeat email in the lists (while keeping the lists separate)
4- Need to check if the same email was used in the yesterday and day before yesterday lists, and remove it
5- There is a “Remove list” that we don’t want to send emails to them. The final list should be checked with this remove list and those emails that are found on the “Remove List” should be removed from that day’s list. The “Remove list” is already created and is updated every day, separately.
6- We have multiple lists per day so the above process should be able to be repeated for each separate list each day.

I would be happy to help you with this and have done something similar. Are the spreadsheets you receive exactly the same layout ie. all the columns are in the same place?
