The message from the customer is:

I use the Admin section of the website to see what products had been ordered – it wouldn’t be necessary to have it if the website was working correctly but in the meantime I do need to see what has been ordered using this link as the product detail does not appear on the order details we get on paypal just now (fault number 1 which commenced at Xmas after our old provider had revamped website).
Fault number 2 should be evident when you try to buy product – the final part of the process keeps the buyer waiting for a final payment confirmation – it never arrives so they are left not knowing if we have their order/their payment until they get an email confirmation from paypal – Our old provider changed the length of time on the time out of the final confirmation page from something like 5 seconds to 50 which I asked him to reverse but I suspect he didn’t – he also never fixed the error on the page (whatever that is).

Fault 1 is slightly different - The Admin section now works which is great as they can now get in to see what has been ordered. The only reason they need to get in to the Admin section to see this in the first place is because the payment confirmation they receive from PayPal doesn't display this information. They'd have no reason to use the Admin section if the PayPal integration was all working correctly I think. I hope that makes sense?
i will set up a new job now and transfer my other info in for you. I'm happy with the fixed price if you are. I will just need a little run-down on what this original issue was, plus what the new issues are and how they are all fixed, just so that I can feed back to my customer when I'm asked.
