Description
Experience Level: Expert
Estimated project duration: 1 day or less
General information for the business: We develop cross-platform applications
Kind of development: New program from scratch
Description of every module: We have an application developed using Visual Studio Code (cross-platform) by using .Net 4.6.2
We use a well-known .net library called fo-dicom for medical imaging. This library has a "native" library for processing images, which combines C++ and C++/CX, and it is invoked from the C# code.
We have developed an installer (NSIS) which includes a small test of that library.
Description of requirements/functionality: When we install our application in our machines and even on blank VM's, the installation and "native" test succeed.
Now we are trying to deploy the application to a very specific hardware (regular Intel) with Windows 10 and the native library is failing, apparently because cannot find one or more components of the C++ runtimes.
Specific technologies required: Deep knowledge of C++ and Universal runtimes
OS requirements: Windows
Extra notes: Please apply only if you consider yourself a subject-matter expert in native Windows runtime dependencies, including Universal libraries.
Knowledge of DependencyWalker won't help at all.
We will provide the installer of our application as well as access to one of our target machines via LogMeIn.

Can you tell me the error you are getting ...which are the missing dependencies ?
Did you check the event viewer for the logs ?
