Looking for a highly experienced Administrator with typing skills. The job description is as followed:
• There is also in-office Typing work in Birmingham UK area available.
• Typing handwritten books and discussing the projects.
• This will be in an office/hall setting. Dates can be arranged. The 1-2 meetings
Looking for a highly experienced Administrator/Personal Assistant. The job description is as followed:
• Virtual Assistant available for approximately 1-2 hours per week.
Skills and Requirements:
• Event Planning and support
• Researching charities and organisations, Data Entry via excel
• Contacting charities/organisations/clients via telephone and email
• Following up on charities/organisations/clients via telephone and email
• Date and Outcome of each response to be added to excel spreadsheet
• Available point of contact via phone and email for Company for follow ups as such
• Company clients/customers point of contact
• (Companies phone number and/or email can be provided)
• Excellent Telephone manner, professional calm and caring
• Ability to re-iterate and re-lay information/outcome/results via telephone and email
• Typing audio and videos to word documents
• The ability to handle sensitive and personal information with confidentially and discretion
• Signing a People Per Hour Non-Disclosure Agreement
• Sales/Promotion skills would be an advantage
