Two webpages and graphics - That's it

We need one simple webpage template producing that we have specified to a detailed level. However, we will need a little bit of help choosing a colour scheme.

The pages would be split into sections containing
- Fixed header, footer, left and right side bars
- Variable width (use whole screen) with a minimum width specified
- Login box (box only; we will do the functionality)
- Several variable height sections with rounded corners
- Middle tabbed pane with rounded corners
- One of the sections contains a button which should have same L&F as tabbed pane

This is a simple webpage that we designed on paper. We could do it ourself but we are not good at producing flash gives.
