We have a small charity website, www.timeandtalents.org.uk, which was built using wordpress, and is customised/ and themed using woocommerce's now discontinued Canvas theme.
We would like to transfer the wordpress website to the Generatepress premium theme, or similar, and customise to the same design specification as current.
We would like to maintain design control through a GUI, hence the request to use Generatepress. CSSHero can be used to make any further changes not permitted by Generatepress. We would be open to suggestions of other routes if you want to make suggestions, and would be happy to discuss further.
A major barrier to date has been the use of Events Calendar Pro plugin. We would need to be sure that the new solution worked well wit that.

Hi Alex,
Many thanks for the invitation.
Would you be open to using a theme like 'Divi'? It's very flexible and highly customisable.
Please also confirm the issues you've had with the Events Calendar Pro plugin.
Lastly, what is your tentative budget and deadline for this work?
Kind regards,
Matthew
