Training Marketing Communication for Communication Department
Bi-lingual English and French. Should be capable to run a training programme in both languages.
Short-term missions (4 to 5 days), possible repeats several times a year
Project Objective for client :
Understand fundamentals of marketing concepts (mix-marketing, direct marketing, interactions between communication department and marketing)
Understand communication plan in marketing,
Identify best media and adapt its communication to the right target audience (tool kit)
Measure return of communication campaign
Tender process and selection of partners
Lobbying and public relations
Develop a continuous watch on communication channel
EXPERT NEEDED
Business background
Has business experience as Communication manager working in, and/or, for a marketing department with at least 5 to 8 years experience.
The candidate should have good knowledge and/or experience preferably in Telecom and/or New Technology and/or Digital industry.
Competences
The candidate should have excellent training skills as well as interactive style, he should be able to discuss the project with our client and adapt the content to the need of the client. Excellent presentation skills, ability to use PowerPoint slides in an interactive approach, willingness to transfer his/her knowledge to others will ensure the success of this project.
Training delivery style & pedagogical capabilities: style of delivery should be interactive, using all means to capture attention of participants (flip charts, video, exercises, simulations, sub-group activities etc)
The trainer should have listening skills and be available to the group as well as respond to individual needs.
Facilitation mode is often requested to create a highly participative programme.
