Background
We sell large-scale displays of the Earth to schools, for use in the classroom and as unique displays in a new building or reception area. We have recently taken on two new products and are offering discounts of up to 40% to schools.

While this is a new product our experience is that many schools have new buildings/reception areas where they want something different but educational that catches the eye. These products fit the bill perfectly and are within the budgets available • prices starting at approx. £1,000.

Project overview
We have recently posted a letter and brochure (see attachments) to the head teachers of 1,000 schools. This project is to ring each school with the objective of generating a request for a quotation. If this is successful we will repeat the process on another 1,000 schools, and so on. We may split the project across more than one supplier.

Requirements
By talking to the head teacher’s PA, you will need to establish:
1. do we have the correct name for the headteacher? (If not supply revised data back to us.)
2. Did they notice/remember the mailer?
3. Does the school have a need for the items mentioned?
4. If yes, who was it passed to? E.g. name of Head of Science, Deputy head, etc.
5. Will they (i.e. the person named in point 4) agree to a quote?

We will pay a commission for every request for a quote. NB - we will verify (by telephone/email) that the requests for quotes are genuine.
