Telesales Associates
£14,400 Basic OTE £32,400 up to £48,000!!
This is a fantastic opportunity to join our dynamic team of Telesales Associates at Community Trades, responsible for generating, contacting and selling to companies of all sizes. You will actively work to increase the sales and profit of the accounts through building strong relationships, selling them our fantastic local advertising products and services maximising the customers exposure.
As an Outbound Sales Associate your remit will include the following:
Operational responsibilities:
Meet all individual targets and objectives set;
Outbound calling and Lead Generation of potential Leads and dormant accounts.
Ensure all customer queries (sales or otherwise) are responded to within 24 hours;
Work with the team to achieve the team and business goals;
Take incoming calls when required;
Maintain knowledge and follow all current company policies, procedures and sales processes;
Attend and participate in all company sales activities and meetings;
The Ideal candidate will have some Outbound Sales experience. We would also consider individuals from Customer Service and Retention Backgrounds.
To be considered for the position, applicant must be:
Pro-active in their approach
Motivated by targets and results orientated
Determined
Totally committed to achieving & closing the sale
Excellent at communicating with a strong telephone manner
Competent in telesales and have experience of cold calling or new business development
