The business to sell - pre-employment screening services. When a company hires employees or decides to promote an employee, their background is screened, i.e. they will be checked to ensure that they do not have any finanical problems like CCJs or bankruptcies, that they do not have a criminal record etc. They also ask us to verify the education and past employments of the candidates. For financially sensitive and.or senior roles, additional checks such as anti-money laundering checks, directorship checks and FSA regulated references are to be obtained. Our business is equipped to conduct such checks on employees. Based on the checks required, it can cost between £60 and £200 per employee screened.
Target market - HR departments/recruiters of companies with 50 employees or more. Financial Services sector, recruitment agencies, companies whose employees have access to airside (e.g. airports, hangars, cargo loading) areas, larger IT companies etc. The companies either should be outsourcing their screening requirements or the recruitment agency should be required to conduct such checks which are normally outsourced by the small and medium sized recruitment agencies.
End result needed - appointments with HR Managers / Sourcing Managers / Decision Makers to make a detailed presentation of our services / closure in a face to face meeting; at least 10 employees per annum required to be screened.
Compensation - per sales+commission as detailed in the Job Budget details.
