Hi
Is it a prerequisite to work from your office in Sheffield? This is a freelance site after all.

Hi Pickles
Thank you for asking me to bid on this job. Unfortunately, I am almost 4 hours away from Sheffield and I guess you want someone a little more local than myself. I wish you all the best with finding a contractor. If you still wish to consider me I wouldn't be able to work from your offices, it's too far for me. I would be happy to place a bid if you would consider home based individuals.
