I provide email marketing, internet marketing, telemarketing and appointment setting services for B2B, mostly in the Financial Services Sector. I’m looking for home based experienced telemarketers that I can use on a regular basis.
The work involves B2B telemarketing, market research and list building. I will provide you with a list of businesses and telephone numbers, in batches of 100 at a time, you will call every business on the list to establish the names of key decision makers (if we don’t have it) and will ask for permission to send an email with information about a given product/s or service/s.
You will log the following data into our database system (Salesforce.com which you will access over the internet) - the contact name, title, email address, priorities (what they are interested in, which will be check boxes), the name of the person that gave the permission and permission date.
Have experience of this type of work
be computer literate
have accurate typing/data entry skills
be fast and efficient
have an excellent telephone manner
be able to speak to contacts at all levels
be able to work from a script (if supplied)
(desirable) have experience of using CRM software • i.e, salesforce, ACT, goldmine etc
have a good attitude
be free now (if you aren’t please state when you will be free)
You will need:
An up to date PC, preferably with a wide screen monitor
A high speed internet connection (broadband)
Good quality headphones and microphone
a skype account ver. 4 for the best sound quality (available on a free download from skype)
a quiet and uninterrupted area free from any interruptions or background noise • Calls may be recorded from time to time for training and monitoring purposes.
