Role
We run a boutique consultancy selling consulting and decision support services to healthcare companies. We are looking for telemarketing support. We intend to work with 'right persons' on a regular basis. People who have worked with us in the past are welcome to apply.
Role will require:
Calling prospects to see if they are interested in our services and fix telecon appointments
Following up those with whom we have been in touch
We will provide a working list of contacts to start with. Please note, in many cases the leads have already received emails and call from us. In other cases, you need to contact the prospects by phone and put them on the sales trajectory
We would give you a basic script and share the prospecting email
Ideal candidate would have following attributes:
Proficient telephone marketing skills and manners, and make things happen
Basic understanding of pharma/biotech/life sciences or ability to quickly grasp things
Proficient IT skills- Excel, VOIP, Drobbox etc
Execution:
You need to work flexibly across the week to get a response from all the targets as you might reach their voice mail or they are not on the desk etc. Talking to each target is required
Hours: 6 hours a week spread across the week- 1hr Mon, 1hr Tue, 2 hr Wed and 1hr Thu and 1hr Fri. We intend to repeat this next week too- for 5-6 hours. However, the job is for 6 hrs in this instance.
Update the spreadsheet, send info request to us immediately and when you are done for your hours, then send us the final spreadsheet daily
You would make call thru our internet calling account/VOIP, so we pay the call chrarges
Output metrics are :
Arrange meetings - number of meetings generated is the key performance indicator
Payment: £48 for 6 hrs of calls
Job duration: 4 March - 11 March
