Role
We run a boutique consultancy selling consulting and decision support services to healthcare companies. We are looking for telemarketing support. This is a pilot work and we would like to work with the 'right person' on a long term basis.
Role will require:
Calling prospects to see if they are interested in our services and fix telecon appointments
Following up those with whom we have been in touch
We will provide a working list of contacts to start with. Please note, in many cases the leads have already received emails (and call in some cases) from us. In other cases, you need to contact the prospects by phone and put them on the sales trajectory
We would also brief you, give you a basic script and share the prospecting email
Ideal candidate would have following attributes:
Proficient telephone marketing skills and manners, and make things happen
Basic understanding of pharma/biotech/life sciences or ability to quickly grasp things
Proficient IT skills
Execution:
You need to work flexibly across few days/weeks to get a response from all the targets as you might reach their voice mail or they are not on the desk etc. Talking to each target is required
Hours: 4 hours a week spread across the week- 0.5hr Mon, Tue, Wed and Thu 1hr each and 0.5 hr Fri.
Update the spreadsheet and update us in real-time
Output metrics are :
Arrange meetings - number of meetings generated is the key performance indicator
Payment: Rate: £8 per hour
