The company operates within a niche sector of the chauffeur car market and is predominantly a B2B provider. We need to build our client base - initially focusing on specific territories within Greater London and East Anglia. We are looking for a telemarketing professional to assist with three main tasks:

1. Action quoted clients. Using our client database, renew contact with customers that have been quoted in the past but from whom we have not actually received bookings. Ensure database details are updated where necessary.
2. Action lapsed clients. Using our client database, renew contact with clients that we have worked with in the past but from whom we have not had bookings within the past six months. Ensure database details are updated where necessary.
3. Action prospective clients. Using unqualified prospect data in our client database, contact prospects by phone with initial objectives being (a) Establish a contact name (b) Obtain acceptance by the contact to receive information about our services preferably by e-mail, alternatively, by post. Follow-up calls to contacts to be made within 7 days of initial contact to ascertain level of interest and next steps. Ensure database details are updated where necessary.

We require two days per week, six hours per day. Our intention is to run the project over several weeks but this will depend upon performance.

We will provide a variety of tools including database, standard letter formats, standard e-mail formats, electronic flyers in .pdf format, headed stationery and hard copy brochures and folders.
We will also provide detailed information about the company and its services.

The successful bidder will be required to record accurate details regarding calls made, brochures sent etc.

We expect that the core competence of the successful bidder will be telesales /telemarketing and experience of selling services in a B2B environment will be an advantage.
