We are now seeking to recruit an experienced part time Telemarketing Professional to increase sales of our successful benchmarking products in the third sector, legal and insurance sectors. The role is a part time position involving around 100 days (roughly 30 hours a week during a benchmarking campaign) a year starting in September 2009.
Objective
To increase sales of our benchmarking products in the third sector, as well as the legal and insurance sectors.
Key responsibilities:
• Contact existing and potential customers by phone
• Raise awareness of our benchmarking studies and encourage participation
• Handle responses and supply additional information
Roles
1. Contact existing and potential customers by telephone to raise awareness of our benchmarking studies and encourage participation. These are senior HR managers in our client companies
2. Supplement telephone work with individual email communications
3. Handle responses to telephone and email communication campaigns, respond to queries and supply additional relevant information as required
4. Manage own call planning- review sign up rates, analyse feedback and direct campaign accordingly
5. Maintain detailed call notes and contact information in a CRM for marketing purposes, feeding back information on call and sign up rates to Marketing Manager and Director.
