We are looking for professional telemarketers / appointment setting services to promote our Managed Technology Services.
Ideally we would like someone who can nurture leads over a period of time, generating appointments for our senior management as a priority while also recording valuable information such as current service renewals dates and undertaking follow up calls to at appropriate times.
We provide support in the form of Email and Direct Marketing to prospects that can be followed up by telephone.
Our company provides a full range of technology services suitable for small businesses with between 5 and 250 employees. Our key strength is our customer service levels, we constantly poll our customers and have a 95% satisfaction rate on IT Support.
A key element of our sales process is our Cost Savings Analysis, this is a process we go through with our prospects to determine how much money they can save by switching to us.
We guarantee that we can reduce the overall technology costs of a business, and that once the services are with us that we will never be beaten on price.
