Our client requires a results-based telemarketing contractor to provide lead generation and appointment setting. The client is a Perth based company selling income protection insurance through in-home appointments.
The contract will be for a fixed payment per appointment met. In addition, the telemarketer may negotiate a commission on converted sales value. Appointment no-shows or cancellations are considered unqualified leads.
The telemarketer will provide:
- Cleansed phone lists (check Australian Do Not Call Register)
- Scripting - in consultation with the client
- Appointment setting
- Database of numbers called, showing qualifications met, response, reason for disqualification
The client requires a maximum of 15 appointments set per week, with a maximum of 5 per day/evening on Monday-Friday, or up to 3 on Saturdays.
Prospects must be fully informed of the product that the advisor will offer them and have an expectation of the appointment. (i.e. We don't want the advisor being told by the prospect on arrival at the appointment I'm not sure why you are here, I just felt pressured by the telemarketer).
Qualified leads meet the following criteria:
Age: Less than 55 years old
Employment: Full time or self employed
Personal income: More than $65,000 taxable income
Need: Must have children under 18 years old OR a mortgage
Location: Living in the Perth metropolitan region (suburb map available)
Special Conditions: Approximately 10% of leads will be disqualified by the advisor on the basis of physical or mental disabilities. The telemarketer is not required to test this criteria, but these leads are not considered qualified.
Please provide your bid price as a cost per appointment met, plus any desired commission on converted sales.
