Description
Experience Level: Intermediate
Num. of words: 500
Industry: Technology
Information for the business: We're Skunkworks/R&D unit of a media agency.
Topic: 3Dprinting, robotics, bio-engineering in the field of advertising
Tone: Witty/Sharp
Outline & Structure: --This post is open to writer who are comfortable communicating English very fluently.
If you're also based in London or NYC and have PR experience, please take a look at our other job posting--
Our Company, @MaxusMetalworks, is an R&D division of a media agency and we specialise in combining new technologies for advertising campaigns. If you're familiar with what's happening in the field of #3dprinting #crowdfunding or #robotics, keep reading.
We're building content for our website's blog and we're not looking at the typical run-in-the-mill 500 words article. We'll like thoughtful pieces and that means you can either write in a very sharp and witty manner that makes tech seem interesting or you can uncover some really interesting technology trends and spin a story out of it. More kudos to you if you're well connected to innovators in the industry so interviews or getting a quote or two won't be a problem.
Someone with a Journalism background would be ideal. We're not looking for ghost writers so you will be credited (though we will own the IP) and will be working with me as one of the editors.
We can work on a per article basis. We'll also like someone who's responsive over email and is ready for a long term partnership.
If you are well-read and informed about technology, is an avid Kickstarter backer and/or a science fiction fan. Chat with us.
Extensive research needed: yes
