Looking for a SugarCRM customization job to be taken on ASAP.

The customization should be implemented for a sales team call centre with an easy to use interface for users without previous experience with CRM software.

Accounts are pre-assigned to the sales reps and they are able to mark the account as prospects, not interested, call back (date), sold, etc.

The system should notify the sales rep when they have organized a call back, meeting, or e-mail date.

It should allow the user to send a template e-mail with a single click.

Once a sale is made it needs to be flagged for an account verifier to process the order and confirm the sale.
