Description
Experience Level: Expert
I’m opening a salon in uk and been advised by someone to not set it up in the name of the salon or anything conected with my name so that god forbid it should fail I can walk away and nothing should follow me around in future. He has limited knowledge in this area and adviced to seek expert advice in this area. He mentioned something of buying a company of the shelf and potentially set up and ready for my industry. I believe the salon I’m currently in may have done the same as it’s her name above the door but I pay a different company called windip money to rent a chair and everyone who works for her gets paid by that company.
If that is the right thing, would the bank look at that disfavourbly when going for a bank loan to set up the salon?
