Experience Level: Entry
We are looking for;
(1) telesales people to work on an hourly basis who have sold into Medium/Large SMEs and PLCs, with some knowledge of the training market, particularly on sales courses, sales managment courses, telephone skills courses, presentation skills, leadership and motivation for senior managment, key account managment etc etc. We are a consortium of internationally experienced training professionals who have all been full time in their fields for over 25 years. All our trainers can write new courses and we wish to sell both "open courses" and" in-house" courses.
(2) Commission only sales people to either utilise their client base and close sales in training courses and programmes introduced above, and/or complete "Training Needs Analysis" evaluations that will lead to long term sales relationships. The Sales Agent will be paid a generous commission, and will attract the same repeat commission from all clients that they convert.
(3) Commission only sales people who will use the leads generated from the telesales agents in point (1) above. For this closing function they will receive a commission at a rate below that of the sales agents in point (2).
Due to the high level of expereince and expertise our trainers attract in-house day rates of £2000-£2500 per day plus expenses. Our open courses for a 2 day course are offers at £950 per delegate, and 3 day courses at around £1295 per delegate. We have 24 separate courses on offer for both in-house or open courses. With in-house we can tailor the course for an additional fee to make the programme directly relevant to that company or organisation.
We are offering world class trainers to medium to larger SME and all PLCs at a very competitive rate when compared to the mainstream commercial training organisations. All our fees are collected in advance of the courses so sales agents commissions are payable very quickly. Telesales are paid by the hour.
Geographic Coverage:
Open Courses held: London, Midlands, West, Leeds/Manchester. [plus premium all inclusive courses in Southern Spain Next Year!]. In-house training can be done on a global basis as we do now, we are keen to get UK and European work from the larger businesses.
