We're a digital agency looking for a social media manager to handle our clients' social media presence.
We're focused on driving real results for "old economy" small business clients with modern, Internet market practices.
If you live and breath marketing and social media, and want the opportunity to work with a diverse base of clients across almost every industry, and have the skills to switch tone, mood, voice, and goals on a dime, this may be the job for you.
This will start as a part-time, 30 day trial. If you turn out to be the super-star we need, it will become a full-time, permanent position.

We're looking for a Social Media Marketer to help increase brand awareness and customer loyalty for our business.
Your responsibilities:
- Develop, recommend and implement social media strategies for all relevant social networking sites for a wide range of small businesses across all industries
- Collaborate with team members and others to coordinate social media content and initiatives
- Analyze impact and provide reporting for social media programs and campaigns
- Optimize landing pages and user experience on relevant social media channels
- Perform competitive site analysis to identify missed opportunities
- Manage presence on all social networking sites and other similar community sites or blogs
- Monitor trends in social media, tools and applications
- Curate relevant content to reach our clients' ideal target audience
- Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video and written)
- Monitor, listen and respond to users in a “Social” way while cultivating leads and sales
- Conduct online advocacy and open stream for cross-promotions
- Develop and expand community and/or blogger outreach efforts
- Design, create and manage promotions and Social ad campaigns
- Compile report for management showing results (ROI)
Your qualifications:
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Idiomatic English — the ability not just to write fluently, but to adapt your tone and voice to those of the client
