Description

Experience Level: Expert
Hi everyone,

I have a very basic project here that I hope someone with a great deal of experience on here will be able to do for me. It does not contain any major features and should be a fairly quick job for an experienced designer/programmer.

We have a draft of the website, which is just for the general outline of the site and can be used for inspiration. We would like to see a couple of examples and take it from there. Site needs to be stylish, contemporary and neat and easy on the eyes.

The project would most likely need new features added later, so a good clean programming is needed as well as a user friendly backend to control certain aspects of the website.

The website will contain the following and is very basic
Frontpage/News - This section will be where all reviews, articles and news are added to begin with. Every one of these will have basic features that all news have, which are time and date, username and name of the writer, headline as well a teaser and the full article. Furthermore people should be able to write comments to the news itself. These should be easy for us to remove in the backend too or via the website with an admin function. The news section on the frontpage will be similar to http://www.pokernyhederne.com/

Profile - basically all the profile will be used for in the beginning is for comments. A minor profile page that can be developed on later would be ideal.

The news/articles we write, should be able to be categorized as well so that they are easily accessible later on for clients. We have an idea that certain articles/reviews will be categorized for itself so that they are easily accessible from the top menu and always present on a separate page, while of course they run through the normal news section too until they eventually expire there. Normal news will of course expire but we would like them to be easily accessible too via a search function - again very standard.

We also want to have a few spots for commercials/banners, as shown on the draft that we will hand over once we have found the right person for the job. Ideas for better placement would be greatly appreciated too.

We need a couple of lists which are easy to edit in the backend, these are for offers, and should be nice and neat, very easy to make and requires little programming. We are looking for lists around the lines of what you see here: http://www.donkr.com/races/ however for a different purpose, for commercials for different offers. Most importantly they should be easy to edit in the backend.

Requirements: We will need to see at least 5 examples of what you have previously done before we can see if you qualify for the project. Please have at least 3 reviews on here. Thank you.

Budget for this project is 500 dollars.
