Fairly simple
To enable my clients to add tickets for the following
Support -
1.Computer issues
2. Server issues
3. Web Changes
4. Web server issues
5. VOIP/Telephone support
6. Email Support
7. Internet issues
8. All other requests
To have my company Logo added to the site
Email notifications for both my team and my clients for -
Ticket added/Raised - to my team
Ticket comment - To my team and client
Ticket close - to my team and client
My budget is very strict.
Extra notes: I can give Jira login details when i have accept a proposal.
