I am seeking a freelancer who can assist me in getting our templates looking great in Xero.
At present we have a simple template setup but we are not happy with the way it looks.
We are a design company so we're able to create a new look & feel for the documents it require assistance in setting them up.
This will apply to:
- invoices
- credit notes
- statements
- estimates
- confirmations (quotes)
- change requests
Please note we do not currently have estimates setup correctly and this will be part of the brief. We want to send an estimate to a customer in the first instance, which they should be able to accept, reject, comment etc. And then once the project has started we want to be able to make any necessary changes and then change the estimate into a quote (or what we call a confirmation).
We also do not currently have change request documents setup.
Estimates, confirmationa and change requests are all fundamentally the same thing (variants of quotes) but they have different terms etc.
I am ideally looking for someone who can initally do a screen share with us and explain the things we will need to consider when designing the documents.
We will then send the documents to you to turn into the templates and do another screen share where you can talk us through implementation into Xero. At this stage we do not wish to grant access to our account.
This is a priority task for us so we are looking for someone to start work asap.
