Navhoo is a SaaS startup brand in on-demand ride-hailing services is now on the lookout for a Senior Marketing Manager Campaign & Lead to join their team, based in London. This role represents a good opportunity for a commercially driven marketing professional to join at a key time of growth for the company in question and will offer a good opportunity for progression for the future.
This role requires a candidate with a background within B2B & B2C marketing of circa five years plus and ideally with the ability to think big and creative having experience of managing campaigns, both on and offline if possible. The role will have a good deal of accountability, and candidates will ideally be skilled to write actionable briefs outlining goals,audiences,messaging,channels ,timelines and executing plans .
Responsibilities:
Create integrated, multi-touch marketing programs that support pipeline and funnel development
Effectively plan, execute and measure the use of traditional and on-line marketing programs
Perform detailed analysis of pipeline support with recommendations for strategic development
Work with internal teams to develop highly targeted and engaging content to be leveraged for awareness, lead generation, and prospecting
Daily interactions with the Designs/IT/Sales/Business Development organization in developing and measuring campaign effectiveness
Minimum Qualifications:
-A bachelor's degree and 5-8 years of Operations and strategy experience
-B2B & B2C campaign marketing experience, online and offline,scaling an organization and manage peopl;e experience.
2 years+ plus working on B2B campaigns across multiple channels, ideally with some experience of automation or demand generation
Additional Qualifications:
Demonstrable experience of developing and implementing multi-faceted marketing campaigns
Established history of a strong working relationship with Sales/Customer facing teams
Ability to work cross-functionally with strong influencing and negotiation skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Knowledge of CRM marketing and the sales/marketing waterfall process,Marketing Analytics and Partnerships.
Experience in utilizing marketing automation software is desirable
This fantastic role will require a candidate with a good grounding in B2B & B2C marketing, and as such, candidates will only be considered if they are coming from a solid industry background. Ideally, the chosen person will have worked within a medium sized marketing team previously.
