Description of requirements/functionality: Hi,
We are a Seedbox & Dedicated Servers company and we are hiring our next technical support rockstar.
We're looking for a responsible person to handle our customer support & technical support. You need to have previous experience and you need to be skilled and technical to apply for this position.
Our requirements are:
- A highly technical person.
- Linux and IT knowledge.
- Networking knowledge.
- Very good English skills (read & write).
- Ability to work from home without distraction
- Ability to respond promptly and politely.
- Good decision making skills.
- Skype.
After some period of working together, more assignments and liabilities may be discussed, depending on performance.
All of our servers are based on Debian Linux & Ubuntu, and both maintenance and customer support will require knowledge on this matter.
1) Please include a short summary with your experience. We want to hear as broadly as possible your experience when it comes to technical things, as this is a technical position.
2) Please include a paragraph of why we should choose you to our company.
