We are a boutique network specialising in web content services and are currently seeking an experienced, self-motivated salesperson/account manager to bring new business opportunities to the company, and maintain existing client relationships.
We are looking for a sales person who can close US$50K per month. Sales experience is a must as this will be a small retainer + commission-based position. Commission is paid at 10% of sales, with on-target-earnings of US$5K per month.
We are looking for an outgoing, energetic, experienced sales person that is able to:
* Carry out initial research to determine potential clients
* Make cold calls and sales email( no face to face required )
* Effectively communicate the value and benefits of deploying our services
* Build and maintain a sales lead database for progress tracking
* Handle client relationship management, including follow up calls and emailing
* Develop relationships with new clients
* Communicate effectively with project managers and sales managers
* Research job sites to find good potential projects
* Write effective proposals
* Create relationships with potential industry partners (including larger clients, web development agencies who may need content providers to partner with etc)
Requirements:
* Previous sales experience with proven track records
* Fluent in both oral and written English particularly the ability to compose outstanding sales correspondences. Past proposals will be supplied, along with log-in details for relevant job sites.
* Exceptional organizational skills
Good computer skills (Microsoft office & Internet)
* Knowledge of web content (including SEO for web copy)
In addition, you must be able to work independently and from home. This will call for a strong internet connection and Skype (our primary means of business communication).
