Need: Salesforce/Pardot (marketing automation) campaign manager to execute automation campaigns and report back within SF for ROI.
The position will maintain the infrastructure of the marketing automation system (Pardot) and provide reporting to other internal stakeholders as needed. Additionally, the role will require some level of SFDC work to maintain and optimise the entirety of the lead flow process.
Essential Tasks, Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategy for ongoing control, maintenance and enhancement of existing marketing database (Process): process, standards, access control, documentation, and integration, etc.
Ensure accurate synchronisation between Pardot and Salesforce.com database.
Ensure CRM system meets the needs of the client and the Sales team by working with both groups
Advise on the most effective use of the marketing database for greater campaign efficiency and effectiveness
Initiate new data insights to suggest, support, analyse and optimize programs, activities, database, and budget allocations
Understand the flow of leads from top of the funnel through to sales pipeline and opportunity generation and close. Coordinate with marketing team members to establish and maintain scoring requirements, sales acceptance of leads, conversion metrics, and required lead volume to meet revenue objectives both for direct sales and through channel programs.
Establish and/or evolve reporting tools that improve this closed-loop sales/marketing process
Manage marketing automation and workflow processes to standardise and leverage best in class funnel metrics (eg Sirius Decisions) and support client to achieve marketing operational excellence inclusive of compliance with internal and external requirements and industry regulations.
Administrate customer and marketing databases with the marketing team; maintain, expand, optimise, and evolve contact databases and data integrity; ensure accuracy and integrity of data, manage information overlays from internal and external sources, and updates to the databases.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Innovative, motivated, organised, high energy team player with a can-do attitude who can define what needs to be done and then execute in an environment characterised by intensity, speed, collaboration and excellence
Proven capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and comfortable with changing priorities
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Comprehensive understanding in multiple key functional areas relevant to the business with significant knowledge of database
marketing, lead generation, lead scoring, lead nurturing, progressive profiling and marketing operations best practices
Proven B2B email marketing experience including list management/segmentation, and use of email systems and demonstrated knowledge of email best practices
Demonstrated proficiency with CRM and marketing automation systems, database architecture, and Microsoft business software such as Excel and PowerPoint
Experience with Salesforce and Pardot is a must
