General information for the website: Salesforce Non-profit Starter Pack 3.0 Setup and Reporting
Description of requirements/features: We are a small non-profit organization. We have a SalesForce account (Enterprise Edition) with Non-profit Starter Pack 3.0 (NPSP3) installed. We need an expert who can help us with SF systems/workflows for tasks associated with our work. Examples include:
1. Entering our supporters pledges and donations with a class designation.
2. Sending confirmation e-mails after donations are entered (generated and emailed through SF)
3. Creating summaries of donation batches including the total amounts to be deposited at the bank and the totals by class designation.
4. Generating end-of-year giving reports (totals for a calendar year) which we can e-mail to our supporters which show itemized giving with class designation and total amount of giving.
5. Salesforce Lightning for Gmail setup and troubleshooting
We have current customizations in place to cover the above tasks which were developed by a SF specialist. The customizations are working well for the most part, but there are occasional issues and/or customizations that come up from time to time that we need help with. The expert will need to be able to troubleshoot the existing systems as well as develop new systems (if necessary).
We will work with the expert via e-mail and/or schedule meeting(s) with them via web conference (ex. Skype) between the hours of 9-6pm EST (GMT-5). In the web conference, we will discuss our needs and work with the expert to create a plan for the above tasks. We will pay the hourly rate for the time the expert spends with us in the web conference(s). We estimate we will need ~5 hours of help each month. Some months we will need more and some we will need less. We will pay in quarter hour increments (rounded up). Ex. If we spend 65min in a web conference with the expert we will pay 1.25 times the hourly rate established. We reserve the right to end the project at any time and will pay for any hours which have been worked up to that point.
Only proposals which include this information will be considered:

B. Please describe your experience working on similar projects (items above) including creating/troubleshooting SF customizations.
C. Generally speaking, what is your availability for web conferencing between 9-6pm EST (GMT-5), Monday through Friday?
D. What is your spoken English proficiency level? This project requires a high level of English proficiency.
