Our company has developed a proprietary search technology that provides staffing agencies with custom sales leads with guaranteed accuracy and a 100% replacement guarantee. As we enter an exciting growth phase of our company, we are seeking motivated commission-only Account Executives to join our team and work remotely from their home selling custom sales leads to staffing agencies and recruiters who want to focus on growing their business instead of prospecting for new business leads.
In this role, the Account Executive will be responsible for cold-calling staffing agencies and recruiters and setting up online meetings, presenting an online presentation that demonstrates the benefits of our company âs sales leads, then closing the sale. The Account Executive will be responsible for account management and encouraging renewals as well.
Benefits:
-Aggressive compensation package that includes a 25% commission rate and a very achievable potential to make over $70K

Requirements:
-A minimum of 3 years of successful sales experience and a history of exceeding sales goals.
-A strong background in sales of lead generation, B2B, or staffing. -Candidates with marketing contacts at staffing agencies will be particularly successful in this role.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
-Ability to work remotely from home and utilize your own computer and phone for all sales efforts, including long-distance calls, and performing online sales presentations.
-Familiarity with online CRM tools such as Salesforce or Zoho are a plus.
