We are a successful web design and online marketing company based in Brighton. We've been trading for 10 years and our primary products are web sites, e-commerce stores, search engine optimisation, Google Adwords and email marketing. We are looking for motivated sales people to acquire and convert leads both locally and nationally. Ideal candidates will have a good working knowledge of online marketing and web strategy. This includes the principals web sites are built on (static, content management systems, e-commerce), what a site needs to rank highly in search engines and how potential customers will benefit from the services we can provide. It is essential to understand customers’ needs and cater your sales strategy to individual requirements. You will not actually need to build websites, have knowledge of particular software or have created a site yourself. We have an in-house team of programmers and designers.
The job will require good organisational skills, determination and enthusiasm to stay up to date with ever changing technology. The challenge will be both rewarding and exciting. You will be selling bespoke products to businesses of all backgrounds • from car dealerships to cafes, hotels to software providers• and must have an adaptable approach.
You will be responsible for the whole sales process from initial contact to closing deals. You will be required to attend monthly sales meetings in our office, as well as provide us with a report on your sales activities.
Hours are flexible and candidates are able to work from home or our office. We are offering a generous commission based salary, which will be drawn up in contract to ensure both parties receive a fair deal. Initially it will be run on total-income-generated-per-month basis.
