SALES + MARKETING CO-ORDINATOR
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Part time position with a view to move to full time

1. SUBSCRIPTION SALES AND MAPS
1.1 Assisting the Sales and Account manager setting up trial and new client accounts.
1.2 Assisting the Sales and Account manager with training and support for corporate clients requiring direct client interaction ie on-site training
1.3 Assisting the Sales and Account Manager ensuring the update of our CRM Database records in a timely and efficient manner in order to support sales growth. Knowledge of SUGAR CRM is desired but not essential.
1.4 Record and file all active agreements.
1.5 Request invoices from Administration/Accounts and distribute as required
1.6 Promote the value of the Intierra service to new and existing corporate accounts
1.7 Follow up or research queries/issues as requested by the Sales and Account manager or another department by liaising with appropriate areas or members when required.
1.8 Assist Sales and Account Manager with monitoring Intierra alert service. Ensure clients have profiles set up and correct email addresses have been assigned to receive alerts
1.9 To assist with organisation and on site management at Intierra conferences and events.

2. ADMINISTRATION
2.1 Record & distribute incoming mail as required and ensure outgoing mail is collected daily.
2.2 Booking and coordinating travel needs for Sales and Account Manager as required.
2.3 Booking and coordinating events (ie conferences) and co-ordination of activities as assigned.

3. JOB MANAGEMENT
3.1 Organise own time effectively to maintain productivity
3.2 Maintain a competent level of knowledge and skills regarding Intierra products, rules, and regulations

4. TEAM WORK
4.1 Participate in regular discussion groups with other staff members in order to share information and knowledge to improve the work environment.
4.2 Able to be flexible to accommodate the demands of working varied hours.
