The opportunity has arisen for Ripple to put on a sales, business development and human resources representative in the Melbourne region.
Your role will be to manage and expand our alliances with hotels and accommodation in the VIC region including Melbourne, Yarra Valley and Mornington Peninsula and other regions.
You will also be undertaking the hiring of therapists within these regions from your Melbourne base.
You will be working with established sales human resources systems fully supported with manuals and some training, however it is expected you will be able to effectively schedule your workload to maximise Ripple's revenue.
To fit into Ripple's culture you will be self motivated, driven, hard working, results orientated and able to deliver on set targets.
You will also have excellent computer skills in all Microsoft programmes including word and excel and high level of typing skills and attention to detail.
This position would suit a person with experience in sales, alliance building and human resources. You will also be required to deliver comprehensive reports detailing your work.
As this is a contract position, you will be expected to have your own ABN and insurances, home office and reliable car.
As a contract position the initial level of work available will be 40 hours a month with bonuses for reaching sales targets and staffing levels.
There is room for an increase in hours for demonstrated success in achieving KPIs and as more regions open in Victoria.
