Title: Regional Sales Agent
Location: Negotiable
Salary: £50k OTE (uncapped, generous commission structure)
We are a Global company in the automotive industry who are currently in the process of expanding throughout the UK via the expansion of our agent/ direct sales network. LMT Ltd offer high quality, type approved products enabling both independent and franchised garages as well as retail outlets the opportunity to use our products.
You must be self-motivated, tenacious and capable of managing your own workload. Field sales experience along with knowledge of managing and developing a sales territory is ideal but not essential. The ideal candidates would be experienced in sales with exposure to the automotive industry although whilst ideal, good candidates will always be considered. We supply all of our agents with full product training, all necessary demo products, POS material and hands-on support where needed. We also provide leads to our agents.
The successful applicants will have the autonomy to create and build their own Business Plan for a region to include key areas of activity. You must be self-motivated, tenacious and capable of managing your own workload.
Commissions are uncapped and the career potential is exceptional. We would expect our new agents to develop into regional sales managers as we expand further taking responsibility for other agents, business development and training support. This role is very much a long-term opportunity for the right candidates with real career development opportunities.
