Plastic Manufacture Sales Agents Required
We are seeking sales persons with no less than 5 years experience in sales in the plastics manufacture industry. The role will suit individuals who wish to continue to manage and profit from there existing network of Client contacts. We will manage the delivery of the after sales service and end product. The agent may have worked in the following areas:
- Injection Molding
- Rotational Molding
- Blow Molding
Sales Agent Role
Working from home or own office the sales agent will use their existing network of contacts to generate leads for manufacture of plastic parts and assemblies.
- You will carry find new an develop your existing network of sales contacts
- By making telephone calls
- By sending emails
- Attending meetings as required
- To build the customers confidence by explaining the benefits of dealing with the company
- By identifying which areas will be of interest to the particular customer
- By repeating the sales messages you have learned
- To build a detailed understanding of customer requirements and identify the potential benefit to the company.
- By asking questions to identify the real reasons, financial backing, time-scales and potential problems
- To probe the customer to find his target price
- By suggesting possible prices and assessing response
- By asking questions
- To help develop the customer quotation working with the internal company team
- By explaining in detail the customer requirement
- By overcoming issues by discussing these both with the team and the customer
- By having the drive and people skills to gather information and provide an offer to the customer
- To review information/ quotations before they are sent
- To build the customer relationship, manage ongoing queries/ customer education
- By asking questions
- By probing to find out how the companies offer compares against the competitors
- To identify roadblocks to orders and solve the problem
- By referring back to the team to do this
- To help negotiate in contract terms when required
- To identify where the customer requirement differs from our standard offer and terms of business
- By referring to MotionTouch directors for input and then bringing them into negotiations when required.
- To receive orders from the customer
- By asking for the order
- By overcoming problems and negotiating to win the business
- To act as the commercial contact and front line technical contact during the delivery of the project
- By working with the project delivery team
- By keeping in contact with the customer
- By visiting the customer when required
- By assisting in solving any issues as they occur
- To obtain repeat orders and sell other MotionTouch services and products
- By maintaining a good relationship with the customer
- To provide detailed monthly reports to include
details of all contacts developed
- records of phone calls and meetings
- detailed sales forecasts
- reports of any obstacles to sales or issues facing the company or its clients
The agent will work with an account support team that will provide:
- Technical Support
- Quotations
- Client Contracts
- Design for Manufacture
- Project Management
- Manufacture
- Delivery and Logistics
- Ongoing client care
- Client satisfaction surveys and issues resolution
We will provide these services direct to the client. During delivery the sales agent will be responsible for maintaining client contact and generating additional sales.

Package
Location: Home Office USA or UK
Remuneration: This would be on high% of the gross profit from each deal. There would be stage payments due during a project. Typically these would be as follows:
- 50% of tooling cost on order
- 50% on tooling cost on sample sign off
- 50% of production cost on sample sign off
- 50% on production cost on completion of manufacture and following production of a quality inspection report to confirm quality conformance
