Job Title: New business Sales Executive

Joining a team of 7, the Sales Executive role is field based and the main responsibilities entailed is that of generating new business for the Company.

Approximately, 80% of the new business appointments will be supplied to the sales executive although they are required to generate a proportion of their own business through whichever method they choose.

The Sales Executive will be selling telemarketing campaigns and marketing services to companies operating within a number of sectors and of various sizes. Commission is based on all sales generated, from new business through to ongoing campaigns clients decide to proceed upon following their initial campaign, thus creating excellent earning opportunities for the individual.

Requirements;

This role will only suit self starters with a good level of business to business sales experience. Presentation and interpersonal skills must be excellent, along with the ability to set about generating business themselves. The applicant must be aware of the potential for long days and a high level of travelling. As mentioned, the earning potential is excellent and they will be joining a highly focused and ambitious team who will also provide full support to assist the successful applicant in achieving their potential.

A good grasp of the computer basics is a must, with decent Word and Excel skills as proposals will need to be written. In addition, the company run an advanced appointment and sales tracking system which Sales executives are required to use.

Rewards;

The Sales Executive position is remunerated in the following way:

Retainer; £15,000

Commission is paid on all new and repeat business with the average commission being 10% for both.

Year 1 OTE: £40,000 to £50,000

Year 2 OTE: £50,000 to £70,000

Year 3 OTE: £70,000 plus (un-capped)

As mentioned commission is payable on both new business and renewal business, creating a situation where a continuously growing commission pot can be established, creating excellent ongoing earnings opportunities. This also allows the Sales Executive to fully share in the company�s ongoing success.

The Sales Executive is required to have their own Vehicle and will be responsible for all travel related expenses. They will in effect be operating as a self employed contractor.
