We are looking for partners/execs with extensive experience within the sector of Retail, Hospitality, Technology, and Finance with a track record of success on retained mandates.

Skills required
You will have a strong track record of success in an executive research environment, ideally having honed these skills in a well-respected Executive Search firm. You will know how to locate and engage with high-performance and high-potential senior level talent and be able to talk confidently about those people with senior stakeholders.
You will need to be a passionate self-starter, We are a fast paced and agile business, so you will need to be able to navigate and thrive in that.
we are looking for experienced people by the hour to help the Partners in identifying candidates that fit the profile for current open positions or have the potential to fill future job openings. This critical role is responsible for the development and maintenance of a pipeline of pre-qualified candidates.
The key areas of delivery revolve around Sourcing, Strategic Recruiting & Research. Proficiency in sourcing quality profiles within the specified time frame and managing database of pipeline candidates is of paramount importance.
The Ideal candidate
Intelligent; 2:1 minimum and emotionally intelligent
Proven, progressive experience in sourcing for senior level / C-Suite positions in an Executive search recruitment function or similar experience in a marketing research or consumer insights role within a large organisation
Experience working for a Professional Retained Executive Search firm
Expert-level knowledge of web-based applicant tracking software, CRM tools, social media and external database searches and experienced in key research using Google, International search websites, Corporate directories and other Social networking sites. Also proficient in sourcing candidates by leveraging to various social media such as Linkedin, Facebook, Twitter
