We are London based Recruitment Agency who specialise in the recruitment of temporary and permanent placements within the Transport and Warehousing sector is seeking an Industrial / Driving Recruitment Consultant to develop their team. Our client base is growing rapidly. They operate a specifically skilled industrial work force.

As a Transport & Warehousing Recruitment Consultant you will:

- Create sales opportunities by promoting the company to potential clients. This will include but not be limited to cold call telesales, face to face presentations, business networking and direct marketing.
- Convert sales opportunities.
- Source, interview, select and manage the placements of temporary staff to work on behalf of Industrial clients.
- Build excellent working relationships to maximise business opportunities with decision making and operational contacts within newly converted customers.
- Accurately record all sales and service information onto the recruitment management and control system. Other upkeep of the system will also be required.
- Adhere to all company processes and procedures. This will include any necessary legal obligations.
- Work closely with the Agency Manager to assist with sales strategy, improving customer service and other continuous improvement programmes.
- Work `on call` in order to satisfy client demands and needs.


The ideal Consultant will hold the following skills and experiences:

- Previous recruitment experience is essential.
- Experience in establishing a successful desk from inception (both temp and perm recruitment).
- Sales orientated.
- A persuasive nature with a proven background of `not giving up `and the ability to multitask!
- A desire to `make a difference` and be part of an extremely ambitious and enthusiastic team.
- Driven by results and over achievement, with a proven ability to consistently convert new business.
- Able to demonstrate the highest levels of self motivation.
- The ability to lead and motivate others.
- Confident, persistent and target driven.
- Confident with recruitment software and other IT systems such as emailing and operating Microsoft Office.
- Excellent administration and organisational skills.
- A full UK driving licence with own transport.
