This is an ideal opportunity for a successful recruitment individual who has the drive and determination to take on a warm desk with the view to building up a portfolio of clients and a regular flow of income of which 50% will go straight to you through our extremely generous commission scheme.

Our Agency is looking for proven billers to come in and take on a warm desk with the view to earning a potentially lucrative salary through an uncapped OTE Scheme and a future focus of building a successful team around them. POSITION SUMMARY

The role requires an individual to be dedicated in the development of SME business utilising all the tools available to source qualified childcare candidates to a broad range of clients. Responsible for the end to end process of qualifying leads, sales, fulfilling client requirements, successfully matching candidates and the follow up and management of the client relationship thereafter.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

o To build a network of contacts in SME businesses within the industry sector
o To keep customer focused through listening to customer needs
o To reach agreed KPI\'s of sales, service and performance
o To write business in accordance with the company pricing policy on profitability and margins
o To make client sales and service calls and to take the opportunity to develop business whilst consolidating relationships and monitoring the service provided
o Conduct activities to aid positive relationships and retention of clients and candidates
o Initiate contacts and meetings to solicit referrals, sales leads and promote the full range of recruitment services offered by the company
o Advertise vacancies and to obtain accurate job descriptions and other information required to ensure accurate recruitment
o To develop and demonstrate a good knowledge and understanding of the companies business and core disciplines
o To provide support to team members and other parts of the company as required / directed
o To maintain and update all records accurately to ensure compliance
o To ensure all prospective candidates have the relevant paperwork to allow them to work legally
o Conduct interviews with candidates via telephone
o To build and maintain the contract candidate database and assess the suitability of candidates for registration
o To follow up on interviews arranged and manage the post interview process
o To brief candidates prior to interview and gain post interview feedback
o To manage the expectations of the client and candidate maintaining regular contact
o Seek out suitable candidates to meet client requirements
o To adhere to company policies, systems, procedures and codes of practice to which the company subscribes

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Essential

o Experience of sales/business development
o Customer service skills
o Excellent written and verbal communication skills
o Working knowledge of the Microsoft office suite of applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
o Willingness and focus to achieve targets and objectives

Desirable

o Knowledge, experience, or understanding of industry sector

o Able to work to deadlines and targets
o Able to handle multiple priorities
