Experience Level: Intermediate
Estimated project duration: Ongoing
I manager 20 plus single family homes.
I'm also in the business of buying houses from distressed home owners.
Knowledge in online property management software is a plus.
I'm looking to gather some resumes and see whats available out there for someone to do the following:
-Have a office with phone line and internet
-Use your previous knowledge to develop policies and procedures for my the company.
-Take maintenance calls
-Call contractors for repairs and followup with tenants.
-Screen callers for potential rentals.
We will have a script and flow chart to go off of.
-Good English speaking skills
-I'm not concerned with writing skills
-Keep tracks of rents
-Call tenants for rents
-Knowledge in bookkeeping
Experience is a must in this field.
What I'm really looking for someone to come up with systems for my bookkeeping and rentals, along with take over all office work.
This job will be open for a while and the job description will develop as I figure out what I'm looking for.
I just would like to see what is out there that could help make my business flow smooth with out me managing the little things that are important.
