Description
Experience Level: Intermediate
Estimated project duration: 1 day or less
General information for the website: Healthcare
Description of requirements/features: Hi, We had completed a migration last night to Rackspace however the guy that completed it sent the below message. I was wondering if you could help?
It is ready to go but there is still 2 issues that need to be resolved, (http://www.privehealth.com)
The site is on plain permalinks now (the page ends in ?page_id=5135) because if I set it to post which is how it is meant to be, the site stops working. This is an issue with the server rewrite rules. I’ve tried for the last few hours to set it up with the right rules but it just doesn’t seem to change. I'm not 100% on Rackspace so it may be how the apache server is setup, honestly I don’t know. I’ve done everything I would normally do and it won’t work. It must 100% be to do with the server rules otherwise it wouldn’t work on plain permalinks.
Google has cached the web results as HTTPS and I can’t see a certificate on the new server. The problem with this is that it redirects to a server without a certificate and then you get a warning. (search privehealth on google and follow the link). Even if you redirect I believe the warning would still come because it can’t establish a secure certificate from the initial connection. This will update, but could be a problem for direct searches for a little while.
Extra services needed: Domain, Hosting, Installation

Hello Jason,
Before i apply for it, I need some answer.
When you migrate your website did you installed your SSL on the new server?
Regards
Rafi -
Would you be willing to do this in an hourly manner, as opposed to fixed price? It's difficult to say how much this would cost without knowing the specifics of the problem, so hourly would work better.
