As a PPH seller yourself, you should understand how frustrating it is when people want top-notch work for third-world pay. Do you want "quality" writers who took a level 1 English course and now think they're qualified writing professionals? Because that's what you'll get for that price. Please adjust either your expectations or your pay. Your offer, in its current state, is pretty insulting.

Hello,
Do you have an example piece so that I can assess the kind of quality you're expecting for the price? Thanks. -
Can you increase your pay? £15 per 1000 words isn't a "quality" rate considering you're seeking a "quality" writer...
-
Shame you don't offer the biggest pay, to match all of your claims!
